STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE SMOOTHIE

This is my go to breakfast on an extremely busy weekday day or on weekends when I am just heads down recording recipes. Its just perfect – takes 5 minutes but OMGGGG! The richness from coconut milk, oats, fresh strawberries and vanilla extract just makes it so so good. Try it out – its legit a fave!

INGREDIENTS – (serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or use any nut milk of your choice, unsweetened)
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 cup or 140gms fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon good vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews, unsalted

METHOD –

  • Add ingredients to a blender listed in the order above then blend until very smooth.

5-MINUTE PEACH MANGO CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE

I’ve have been having this smoothie during stone fruit (aka peach, nectarines, or apricot ) & mango season nonstop. It’s my go to weekday breakfast that only takes 5 minutes. Really simple & seasonal ingredients + deliciousness only one blend away.

INGREDIENTS – (serves 1)

  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Ice

METHOD –

  • Blend and enjoy!
