Amaretto Cold Brew Hot Chocolate (or chocolate mousse when cold 🤗) 2 in 1 recipe you guys! I am patenting it 🤌🏼🎊🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️ Obviously it uses the best @wanderingbearco brew 🤌🏼🤌🏼 how to make it below.

Ingredients – 

  • 130ml @wanderingbearco Amaretto Cold Brew
  • 150ml whole milk
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder 
  • 1/2 cup 70% dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup tahini 

Method –

  • Combine all ingredients until chocolate melts and hot chocolate thickens. 
  • After it cools, it turns into a mousse texture. If you like it keep it as is. I prefer hot chocolate so I reheat with some milk. 
  • Enjoyyyyy!

BANANA ICED LATTE

Ending the week right with my all time fave fruit – banana 🍌 🍌🍌🍌 Being naturally sweet this iced latte didn’t require any sweeteners! Step by step recipe below – 

Ingredients  (serves 1) –
🍌 5-10 ice cubes 
🍌 150 ml whole milk
🍌 60 ml espresso (I brewed mine fresh from @barefootcoffee beans)
🍌 1/2 banana 
🍌 dash of vanilla extract 

Method – 
🍌 Blend milk, vanilla extract and half banana
🍌 Add ice in the glass and then pour the banana milk 
🍌 Pour the espresso on top and garnish with banana slices
